Lots of play-time incentives, roster bonuses in this deal.

Wait for the contract details to come out before we say that. This deal takes him to age 33-34 or close to that. I imagine there will be an out for us around year 3, and that's if the deal doesn't include any voidable years and a bigger signing bonus which it may.
I'm happy with the initial numbers, and I doubt it's going to look worse once the details come out. Very happy about this.
Now to strengthen that O-Line. Kittle and Juice are damaging with their blocking ability, but imagine if we could hold our protection with just our O-Line and really leave the defense with no clue as to whether Kittle/Juice are blockers or receivers on every down.
Edit: Details already coming out that makes it look even better.

He originally signed a 4-year, $21m deal ($5.25m/season) in March of 2017, which was set to expire on Wednesday.
Okay that actually looks like a really good deal for us

It is the same as what we have been paying him. locking him up 5 years as well. So I am guessing it won't count too much against the cap this year hopefully.

Yeah I'm sure it's back ended, but fair for what he does, next Trent please, then Verrett or K'Waun

Only question is how much will it cost this year. Contract is backloaded and no ways he plays it out since he'll be 35-36 years old.
