Serious question, asked out of ignorance:
Hyde has a "health card" issue, ie as all know he has been lost for varying amounts of time due to injury. Ok, obviously if Jusczyk leads thru the hole, CArlos gets less beat up. Here's the question. Would Jusczyk, aka EYE CHART, be good enough to take some carries, along with pass blocking , pass receiving, to allow us to NOT have to get another RB2? Or could we skate, or get by comfortably with EYE CHART as RB2...and not have to worry about bringing in another RB?
NOw if that RB happened to be named Fournette, that's a different matter. But would Jusczyk work as a RB2 and then we have our backfield set on O. Lead blocking, taking blows for Hyde, giving Hyde a blow from time to time, pass blocking, and then catching passes out of the backfield to a monster should scare the piddly out of some poor CB. But question is would he suffice as RB2?

Draft Evan Engram who treads the line between WR and TE, develop him as a blocker. You can have McDonald and Engram at TE and Juszczyk at FB on the field at the same time and defenses won't have a clue who is blocking and who is taking off and heading downfield.

I don't recall fullbacks getting much more than 100 or so carries a season on the high end on our old WCO teams. The NFL is different now in terms of how much tne ball is ran, but I'd expect a second running back to pick up more than that.
With that said, this guy will do A LOT on this team blocking for Hyde, our second running back, pass catching, pass pro, and maybe special teams.
