I agree. With that said, they should've prepared for this far better. Hope he stays at a reduced number. He's made great money as a fullback and his wife should start pulling some major numbers.

It seems it should have been done by now (restructure-reduction, whatever). Fred was done last week the article stated.

This. Was incredible during the playoffs, springing guys and making tough receptions. That combo ties defensive coordinators in knots.

Yeah, I think he's def worth it. The versatility, attention, blocking, leadership etc is all def worth it. He will be hard to replace because he does SO much that isn't sexy, that don't show up on the stat sheet. Need to keep him.
