You're not getting a typical fullback who can block, run a little and catch a little. Juszczyk can play an H-back role similar to what Delanie Walker did. He's an excellent route runner and receiver that is a pain in the ass to bring down in the open field. Kyle will find plenty of ways to utilize his skills.

There was one run in the video that was posted where he ran over a guy while going backwards because he spun around a defender lol!
