I haven't looked it up . but obviously his dad has to be a huge influence on his system , I can see elements of the west coast offense based on timing plays out of his base offense , and also Don Coryell & Ernie Zampese kind of stuff, especially with the power running to set up the pass schemes he has used
I'm glad we use a system that includes the FB again , football just ain't football without a FB IMO, which is why it was tough watching Kelly's offense try and grind out those hard yards , a quick hand off up the middle out of the shotgun is not power football
any thoughts?

It all stems from Bill Walsh and the WCO.

Yeah, I've heard Kyle's system described as being his a blend of his Dad's/Kubiak's running philosophy and Jon Gruden's passing philosophy.

We could even put Kyle on that graph ether by branching Gary Kubiak off of Kyle's dad and Kyle off of Gary, or by branching Kyle directly off of Gruden.

You could argue he's connected to Kyle. Dan Quinn was a DC under Carroll for two years, Shanahan was an OC under Quinn for two years.

Personally Pete Carrol, Dan Quinn and Kyle Shanahan should all be in this tree.
