At this point I'd rather keep Celek over McDonald.

I cant see anyone trading for Vance though. F'n Baalke extending McDonald. That was his last brilliant personnel decision.

Yeah he's been out there. Seems like Kittle is getting most of the #1 reps though. Vance and the kid from Louisville splitting #2

My guess is that Kittle, McDonald and Celek all make the team and that they all play a lot.

Clerk is not making it. McDonald is 50-50

Is Vance fully recovered or is he hurt again!
🤔
I'm just kiddin!

I hope he balls the f**k out this year!

He has the speed to draw attention, and that alone may open up Kittle when they are both on the field.
I would think Kyle should be able to gameplan one of them open.

I'm excited this year due to the depth we "look" like we have this year. Only time will tell if it works out.

Why? What has celek shown? He was miserable last season, at least Vance didn something when he got the ball.

It's going to be a battle for all the TE's.

The only way see Vance getting traded is TC injuries to other teams.

AND that's a long-shot.

Me too in bold.

IMO, this is his last shot w/us.

He can block and definitely has the speed

If he didn't drop so many passes he'd be a hell of a weapon.

Kittle is getting some pretty lofty and favorable comparisons for a guy no NFL team wanted to touch until the 5th round.

Ha!

Quick -- somebody tell us how great Cole Hikutini is going to be. I mean, the Niners didn't think he was worth a 7th round pick. BUT HE'S ALREADY BETTER THAN VANCE!

There is plenty of room for more than just one TE in Shanahan's system. I expect to see Vance do much better this year than in the past.

Hard to be any worse...especially with the opportunities wasted....

Don't you EVER get tired of being wrong and making an ass out of yourself? You continue season after season to show that you have no clue as to what constitutes a good head coach or quarterback. Change your damn user name and get Iowa the F off there. You're pissing me off and making the rest of us look bad.
