Given Kittle's history of playing through pain, it's hard to rule him out but from talking to teammates, it seems #49ers at least preparing for possibility of him missing Monday and perhaps another game after that. Again, Shanahan said decision on him will be made at end of week.

If he's not ready - I'd rest him the next two games and get him ready for the Packers game at home.

He will play in an absolute must win game. Niners need to come our full force in this game. This is the biggest game of the year. This is our Super Bowl so we must play like it on Monday. If we lose this game I don't think we win the division honestly which would be really bad. We need this game so badly and that's why kittle is gonna play. Warriors don't miss big games.

He covers the Niners for ESPN.com. He's not bad - he always has some informative stuff.

Wagoner is pretty good and his Niners reports are spot on.

Damn, that's crazy that if he's out for a couple weeks and he played as much as he did in that game after the injury, that he didn't make his injury even worse. I'd rather just get through the next couple of games without him and have him healed for that tough stretch we have coming instead of risking further injury during a couple games that we should be able to win without him.
