Until he's listed as OUT, it's premature to assume. And I don't know how much worse the team is without him, probably a few points for sure, but the doom and gloom is overkill.
Kittle draws double teams. You really think dwelly toilolo are good tight ends. Seattle has the best lb in the game bobby Wagner. They will just stack the box and force jimmy g to beat them which will be very difficult because sanders is gonna be doubled. Also Samuel and Pettis are inconsistent. Oh well we can make the playoffs as a wildcard team and we'll see what happens. That sucks
Seattle's secondary is in the bottom third of the league.
Another way to look at this is how Vegas will react. Other than a few non-QBs (and Kittle happens to be one of them), a player going down will affect the line < 1 pt. For a FQB, the line can shift as much as 7 pts. I guess that Kittle, like McCaffery, Elliott, Barkley, Julio Jones, etc. would shift the line about 3 pts. Which means that Vegas would still have the niners winning. Essentially, losing Kittle loses 3 pts.
