Let's look the facts that we know.
If we were to drop a game for lack of Kittle, we'd have a better chance of surviving that now than in the playoffs.
We will face much tougher defenses later in the season and in the playoffs than now.
The MRI shows damage in two separate areas in his knee and two more in his ankle. My interpretation is that MRI visible damage almost certainly equates to weakness and therefore a higher probability for further injury., and with four separate damaged areas, the chances of that being a danger is almost astronomical.
We have good chances of getting back any of Staley, McGlinch, Juice, Spoon, Celek, Goodwin and Spoon. I think Kyle and Saleh can do something with that.
Kyle has a long history of putting his players into situations they can handle. Hell, we won with RGIII, and where is That guy now. That was the polar opposite of what he wanted to do, and with all of his tools, he can play within his system now.
E Sanders has now had another 11 days to learn the offense and work with Jimmy.
Our D line is healthy, and we should now have Three top corners. That gives a good chance to collapse the pocket on Wilson.
We are Still six and a half point favorites to win this game, and I have yet to detect any inside information the Zone has that the rest of the world doesn't have.
Opinion: I think Kyle knows he's not going to risk Kittle tomorrow, but just like he likes to get linebackers looking where the ball is not going, he's doing the same to Pete. It Is important to win this game, and I think we will, without Kittle. Have a little Faith, Faithful. Kyle has given you plenty of reason to believe in him, and no reason not to. There's plenty of ways to skin a cat, and Kyle has plenty of sharp knives still in his drawer.
Go Niners!
Wow! This post gave me a lot more Faith! Great post and great points, my man!

The fate of our team shouldn't be in the hands of a Tight End or anyone not named Jimmy G. Period.
I expect Shanny to scheme around the loss of Kittle. He's shown he can scheme around anything this season.
Spot on.
Don't sleep on shanny. Had like 11 days to prepare for this game. And now he has Staley and Juice back. Don't forget he has a million plays to choose from, depending on the matchup. Even though Kittles the best TE in football, we'll be fine.
It's safe to say Julio is a much tougher loss for an offense. In that historic 2016 falcons offense. Julio missed a couple games at the end of the season . One of those games, Sanu was also hurt. No big deal. A WR group led by Taylor Gabriel balled out and filled in just fine.

They won't risk further injury. If this is just a matter of pain management he will probably try and play but there is no way he should be out there if it's something that he could make worse and end up missing several games or the rest of the season.
Agree
I'm sure KS will have some sneaky ways of compensating.

Our O line Depth going into this game is found gold. We could rotate them in with Staley or McGlinchy or let Skule or Brunskil line up as a TE and power those runs. I think Kyle pulls out a new wrinkle with the time he has to exploit this.

Yes sir.
No reason for anyone to believe otherwise, Shanny been doing it all season since the injuries piled on, plus we get bodies back

I'm down with this.
As great as Kittle is, we have to step back for a second and acknowledge at the end of the day he's a TE. A great one, perhaps what Gronk meant to NE......
But this isn't quite the playoffs, nor is Seattle IMO that big of a deal esp on defense.
Would be a much bigger issue if Bosa or Ford couldn't play, or maybe another corner.

Going to suck if he ain't out there tonight. But...if Juice is back...that'll cushion the blow.
Would rather rest him up and make sure he is 100% than risk further injury for 1 game. Even a super important one like this.

I think Ian Williams said he was on Twitter, but the official report is saying doubtful. Could be wrong though.

Yes officially doubtful, with reports saying out and coaches implying questionable lol....which means that nobody knows for sure but the man himself but all leaning towards unlikely.

Kyle:
"Just because it's George. If it was any other player, I would probably say he's out. If it goes like this, he will be out. George isn't a guy who needs to be out at practice. We know he's doing everything he can and we'll see how he feels on Monday, but things would have to change."
