I don't think it got stuck, I've seen enough replays that I find that might be a convenient excuse to avoid harsher criticism

Looked more like desperation by Williams, it wasnt stuck. Kittle had a good chance of scoring.

Guy has to stick his hand into the facemask to get it stuck in the first place, so that's his problem.

Oh it was deliberate.
Kittle in all likelihood would've scored. If not, would've made it first and goal with time for ptotential TD, and the way this game was going the TD was probably at 90%. Field goal attempt would've been more likely to fail. All those extra yards Kittle got made it better for Robbie and crew.
