That's a really good question. I'm a huge Kittle fan so I would say yes, but to be fair to McCaffrey, how bad would Carolina be without him? I remember the 'Behind Enemy Lines' questions with Carolina's beat writer asking what happens when McCaffrey gets stopped? His response: They punt. I don't follow the AFC much, but on the NFC side those two would probably be the best non-QB MVPs.

Michael Thomas is pretty incredible as well, but I don't see the Saints offensive production slipping all that much if he's not in there.

We could have had Kittle and McCaffrey.

I'm seriously not trying to be a homer to me but I get baffled when people say Kelce is better. To me it's no contest. And it isn't about stats here even. It is about if you need a player to step up and play his heart out when the game is on the line, there is no better player than Kittle. The guy lives and breathes the sport. That play in New Orleans were he carried defenders on his back, flags flying while they tried to rip his facemask off. Chills every time. Its definition Kittle. Kelce simply doesn't have that.

I always wandered how George Kittle was such a freakish Athletic monster. Take a look at his mom and sister. They look like they could play linebacker. That is some pure Viking blood running through those veins.

His dad was a captain on the Big 10 champion Iowa football team but he has consistently given his mom's side credit for his athleticism. Considering George's new wife played basketball at Iowa, odds are there could be another generation of Kittles tearing up the sports world.

That video was interesting. From the video Kittle's family is a bizarre combination of Hyper-competitive sporty, hippyish, and almost Nordic god folklore rolled into one. I've never seen a family anything like this. George makes so much more sense to me now lol.
