I don't know if I would consider (19) targets "just behind" Deebo and Aiyuk. For Kittle that's like half his overall targets lol. Just for reference; Kelce has more receptions (63 or 64) then Kittle has targets and more than double his targets. Yes I know we are a running team and of course it will be way different than KC all things considered; just noting because those two are the best in the game right now and everyone sees the game changer that Kelce is. No doubt in my mind that Kittle can do the same for us if given more opportunities.
Kittle has been targeted on 18% of his pass snaps. Aiyuk has been targeted on 20% of his pass snaps. Deebo has been targeted on 23% of his pass snaps. They really aren't some huge differences. Especially when considering the fact that Aiyuk has played 9 games, Deebo has played 8 games and Kittle has played in 7 games.
Comparing a pass centric offense like KC's to our more balanced attack is pointless. Of course targets go up when 1 team is averaging 10+ more pass attempts per game than the other. Plus Kelce has played in 2 more games this season and is their #1 receiver. But even he has only been targeted on 23% of his offensive snaps.
