Love this. 3rd contract with the same team is pretty special. Finally gonna have a guy make that 10 year wall. Ward and Armstead just missed it. Should also lower his cap number and give us some more short term flexibility.

I think George had the right idea- paying two elite tight ends verses one receiver. I'd love to have Kittle and a another top-10 tight end with above average run and pass blocking skills (of course said player would have to be available). But it seems far more sustainable given the current market.

God players like Kittle, Warner and Trent deserve a ring. Not getting Willis, Gore, Justin, Bowman even Staley a ring hurts more than the loss itself

Hopefully not. This offseason is critical in retooling the roster and making another run. The NFC is getting tougher now but we know this team can get to the final 4 when they're on their game. All about playing mistake free football at that point and staying healthy.

…ideally avoiding the Chiefs would also help.
