Why is this thread still in NT?
After a player departs the 49ers, we usually keep the player thread in NinerTalk for one day before moving it to NFL Talk.
out of respect for Trent Taylor
i honestly thought he would be the next edelmen in this offense.
he was. injuries just screwed it up
So Trent could have been the next Edelman if not for injuries, but Jimmy couldn't have been a top 5 QB? Not directed at you but just saying.

no worries.. i took as trent being our twitchy/scat slot weapon "like" edelman more than turning out to be an edelman

I don't see him getting many snaps with the Bengals. They have Boyd,Higgins, and Chase.

I hope he is over his injuries and does well in Cinncy.

He was on a pretty good pace until injuries killed him. He was great on 3rd downs and I still can't believe he was the leading wr in college football. I think he had almost 1800 yards

Happy we dont have to hear posters clamor over this guy anymore. He had a decent stretch 5 years ago. He has been useless since.
Good riddance.

Was it 5 years ago really? Wow. That's incredible. Time does not seem to move in an on line world.

Good luck to him in Cincy
Trent was supposed to be the next Wayne Chrebet. Maybe he still can for Cincy.
