Malcolm's injury I can deal with since we have Foster and it's an upper body injury so it's not like there will be any long term impact on his performance.

Garrett's is worse since the offensive line was questionable at best and Garrett really needs the reps and experience so I'm hoping his is just a PUP list injury.

I would think he can, but has strictly been a center since drafted.

Zuttah also has experience at guard when he was with the Bucs. Has strictly been a center the past 3 or so years.

Thats my thinking as well. Interior o-line is one of the weak spots on the team, but at least there are some experienced veterans who can step in and hopefully be serviceable.
