Practice today?

Anyone else see Beathard at the open practice during team portions? I thought he looked like hot garbage. His arm looked weak and a couple times on rollouts he just threw it up for grabs. I don't know if he will turn into anything because I'm not an expert but if he takes the no 2 spot from Barkley that means Barkley must be really horrible. I don't think he takes the job because he plays better, it will be by default. Curious to see what some of you thought about the QB play?

I thought a lot of plays were extended and would have been sacks during the game. 2nd team OL is a nightmare for a QB. Hoyer looked good but we are going to have to protect him better to survive the season. Running game looks bad but I think it's a product of poor line play and it's still very early. Our OL is going to be an issue, a big issue. Luckily they have a lot of time left before week 1. I just hope they have enough talent to at least be average. Defense looks good with the exception of the 2nd CB position. Witherspoon is a rookie so more important how he's playing in December than September but he better grow a pair.

Rain? or is he getting cut and put on the PS?

Garcon looks huge in person. Big WR. I also think Goodwin has a good shot to carry this momentum into the season. If he can wow what a difference maker he will be. Just keep those hamstrings lose bro. Shanahan really likes Paulsen. Ugh. We have better options in my opinion. I think Shanahan and Hoyer could really make Vance look good. For some reason Kyle doesn't like him. Oh well. Lots of good things I saw and some bad but overall I'm excited.
