Different style of coaching, not every coach into yelling at players. I don't see guys like Dungy or Walsh yelling at players, although Walsh had purposely yelled at his assistant/position coaches. Different way of coaching in camp for Kyle.
I don't see Kyle Shanahan lacking in the players disciplinary department.
