Never understood the logic behind that or why some bought into it. Hyde's only real issue is the injuries. If he can stay healthy he can be one of the best RB's in football. He's already shown that he can be productive largely in the absence of a decent OL and with a run scheme that him him coming out of the shotgun so often last year. 4.55 yards a carry with crap run blocking and Kelly's college offense reflected incredibly well on him.

Too many smallish WRs with the same skill set.

Goodwin/Taylor/Bolden/Kerley/Robinson

Smelter is only fringe WR that brings something different to the table. He has a chance if he continues to perform in camp.

Vance + Kittle with all the 2 TE sets are going to be fun to watch.

I would absolutely love if Smelter could win a spot for obvious reasons...run blocking, RZ threat, crossing routes, jump balls,
etc.
