lot of people think you can just put buck on the shelf and "unleash| him later. do you not get the importance of reps ., getting in shape and getting used to the new defense. that is why injuries to him and our safetys should be a concern to all. to just pooh pooh whistle past the end zone and say. its ok cuz they are happening early is not logical

Buckner played 2 seasons worth of snaps in 1 year. It's ok let him rest and heal up

Looks like Barkley is done. Beathard is struggling a bit too. But he's a rookie, that's to be expected. We can use that extra spot for another key position. We're not trying to win s**t this season anyways.

I think if a real game was being played this weekend, chances are he would be practicing and playing. Reps/Snaps are needed, but if time is more of a luxury now than later, I'm all for letting him rest a bit just so a small/avg injury doesn't become lingering/major.

Remember what we used to say about the offense the last 7 or so years after preseason games? "We are hiding a lot of the offense and keeping it base which is why our offense looks like crap." LOL We weren't hiding s**t. Our offense was simply crap. Let's hope that changes now that we finally have a real NFL OC.
