But enjoy your delusion about Kirk hoisting the Lombardi over his head (kind of like you enjoyed the delusion of Kaepernick being a good QB). It'll wear off soon enough, and your posts will be here to show you were wrong.

What does kap have to do with anything? I mean maybe Conner cook gets cut in Oakland and we can get lucky enough to get him lol.

All your posts about cook, Mitch, and Goff are here to my man...I also got no problem being wrong but it sounds like you do.

Nothing would make me happier than being wrong about this. I'd be happy if friggn' Charles Manson won a SB at QB w/ the Niners. If Kirk comes to SF, I'll root for me being dead wrong about him. But until he does, I'll be rooting for the Redskins to re-sign him.

Fair enough...agree to disagree
If Kirk comes to SF, here's the team's only chance of winning a SB IMO:

Go all Washington Redskins and sign ERRYBODY whilst f***ing the cap long-term & hoping the defense becomes the 2000 Ravens & not the 2000 Redskins.
Since NS is pretty much wrong on every opinion of his, makes this more enjoyable

lol whatever dude...our team is already chalk full of young players and we have 5 top 100 picks next yr. there's nothing wrong with bringing in a good vet that can help us win sooner than later while developing a young QB behind him, that's what good teams do.

You mean like I was wrong about how Kaepernick was never going to learn & was a crappy QB when 95% of rose-coloured-glasses-wearing NIner fans were getting him ready for the HOF? Or how I was wrong about him not being any good in the first place when he was in college?

I don't think Goff is a bust yet. He didn't play well his rookie year at Cal. It takes a little time for him to get comfortable. Jeff Fisher isn't exactly a HC that makes guys comfortable. He's not good with QB's either. That was the worst situation for Goff to land in.

Now he has to learn a new offense. At least it will be a real offense with a good offensive HC. If he doesn't turn it around by week 10 this year I'll be ready to call him a bust. In reality he should get till early 2018. If he doesn't play that well this year they should draft a QB second rd and get him ready to take Goff's spot in 2018 if he can't step up.

The Rams. I was/am a Goff fan but if he starts playing well it's not good for us so I need to flush my Cal loyalty down the toilet. lol

Of course he's not. The goldfish who label a QB a bust after 1 season are a prime example of how most NFL fans don't really know how this stuff works. Goff is going to be a great QB (floor is Matthew Stafford IMO; ceiling is Drew Brees), but he's still developing. And the Rams are a dumpster fire; I'd rather have the Browns' supporting cast at this point. He & the Rams should be thinking 2019 at the soonest.

A lot of us could see that. I saw it in 2013. The year he had a meltdown after week one. Harbaugh had to simplify the passing game, limit his throws and lean on the run game/defense for a long time. Then in the playoffs he made everyone forget how poor his passing was via rushing all over everyone.

His legs have always been his best attribute. Without his rushing he never would've been in the NFL.

Anyway, I thought this thread was about Trubisky?

Well, I'd rather have McVay and a young QB over Fisher and a young QB. But, even after this draft their WR group doesn't impress me. I'm not sure what their o-line situation is. Their defense could be decent. They've invested a lot into that defense.

It's not. It's about Kirk Cousins. It's about my lack of faith in Lynch / Shanny & how the Niners are going to be stuck in the doldrums of mediocrity / slightly-above-average play & come close to sniffing zero Super Bowls in the next 5 to 6 years.

Please get something done this offseason, Redskins! Help me Daniel Snyder; you're my only hope.

If we had a different GM what do you think we would be doing differently?
