Good times!

Our I.R. team would crush our actual starting unit right now if they played each other; even with the injuries. LOL

We all know some of it has been shady. Well done Lynchahan.

Oh yeah, there are a few "toe-nail" I.R.'s in there.

McNichols time?

It's what I want, and it would make sense, but I can see them bringing back Hightower, like they did at WR with Murphy over Smelter/Carter
Anyone else think it's time for a complete overhaul of our strength, conditioning and trainer department? I mean.....wtf? The Trailblazers weren't afraid to do that after they had league high injuries one year.

Do what Paul Allen does......

What is most telling is Seattle's ability to escape the injury bug the last 3 years by a significant margin. They're overdue for some injuries. Also, it doesn't help our cause when our GM was taking multiple risks every year in the draft. Hopefully that chapter is now closed.

I couldn't agree more. I hate them so much!!!

Off season program is the key, If these where my players I'd make them give me 3 miles three times a week all year long. Keeping the body sound is a lifestyle. Injury are more prone to muscles not being used more then 30 days. Running is a safe way to keep muscles used year around...

PED's? That technically is their main benefit.

PS: They overhauled the whole unit this past off season as the very first thing ShanaLynch did. I was so excited as you can imagine...

...but same exact trend. 4 years in a row.

Yeah, I'd think he'd be called up. I believe he, Pita, and maybe Smelter are the last to get reviewed this year. Get them some snaps and let's see what they have too. We've literally, seen everyone else already.

Haha, I live it. Drop and give me 20's too!

I'm all out of theories. Even John Lynch said they are studying the issue hard to see if they can find an answer to this epidemic.

well my friend ligaments are the structure... if neglected you will have issues. NFL players have to know their job doesn't stop in January. Company's pay millions of dollers to watch their money be spent and spend it on the bench.
Pretty good advice, and odds are, anyone injured has not been running 3 miles 3x/ week
No I.R.'s this week?
When you get down to it, it helps when someone trains but at the end of the day, our bodies we not designed to play football. Colliding at full speed or 80 plays of hand to hand combat will wear anyone out. Technology will continue to advance and find ways to get more out of the body but again, we're not designed for football.
