Has Azeez been officially added yet or is he just another one of those psuedo-I.R. players who aren't added officially but miss games nonetheless?

Gonna go on a rant here but this team has issues with injuries and play style. I see Kittle, Deebo play after play trying to run through 10 men. It's just not sustainable. I get it when it's 4th down and you need the sticks. But first and 10 settle for your 6 yard gain rather than 8 yards and absorbing multiple big time shots. There's a reason Deebo and Kittle have missed games and it's cuz they are too ferocious for their own good sometimes taking on the entire D. This falls to KS ultimately coach up some self preservation it's a long 17 game season.
I remember watching RG3 he would run and absorb contact it baffled me I thought why don't they fine this guy for not going out of bounds or sliding feet first. Obviously a player wants to leave it all on the line every play. A coach has to show leadership and manage these guys through a long season so they aren't dealing with season or career altering injuries. It will be a reflection on KS how many big time shots TL takes.

I hear this! It also leads to these dudes playing through crap too. For instance, Kittle not opting to get surgery. I appreciate the mentality and mindset but one can still be smart about it too.

Injuries are only important if it's the QB. Rams are out their RB1 and RB2 and a league top WR.

I think the current 49ers regime has proven this isn't accurate.
If we had a healthy mostert an verett+Moseley we'd have 1-2 MAYBE 3 losses max this season. And that's not even all our playmakers that our hurt. Imagine if we had just MOST of them.

Very very true stefano. Kittle back for the 1st cards game and that's a win also. The drop off from a top 10 qb to their backup is pretty dramatic and then it makes more of an impact than a top 15-25 qb

If you're not as tough as Kyle thinks you should be, then you aren't tough. I think that's the bigger issue.

Did anyone see Deebo at the end of the game where he needed to stay in bounds and eat the clock but he tried to stiff arm a fool into the ground and ran himself out of bounds? He got injured doing that exact same thing last year, IIRC...Rams? Pulled his hammy shoving a dude at the sidelines.

Patriots, Dallas, New England all hit harder,....all doing better thus far. Green Bay has lost more quality of players per than everyone but Baltimore in this metric but has the best record in the league.
Needless bump to keep this thread alive. Injuries are simply a part of the game.
