Ya...it would be one thing if it was all hamstring injuries, but it's different injuries for almost every player.

It's beyond that, something is going on with how we practice, warm up, rest, etc. We need to bring in some ex NFL coaches, strength and conditioning guys, and medical people to watch the whole offseason program. Something is way off at this point.
There's no offseason program to help prevent broken bones / ligament tears.
Maybe we can improve in other areas, but I don't think it will make that much of a difference. Part of it also the type of players we draft. We do take a lot of gambles on players with some injury history.
I think mainly it comes down to our play style. We play very physical, whether it's on offense or defense. You pay the price of getting guys more injured when the philosophy is always to play with that much intensity. You seem teams like the Steelers and Ravens also go through a lot injuries.

Sry but this is the kind of denial mentality that will keep this team on the IR record list. Injuries don't need to be similar or consistent to be a problem. Wev seen enough. There is enough evidence on the field. We have a f**king problem that will not go away until the team addresses it an makes changes.

Injuries are no excuse. Every team has just as many as we do.

How is this at all possible. Never have I seen these amount of injuries derail a team.
Never in the history never to one team

Another season wrecked by injuries mostly caused by artificial turf. At least a couple of owners are saving cash on field maintenance.

Also we may want to stop putting all our chips into players with an injury history.

"But but but the turf"
Falcons, Vikings, Colts, Texans, Lions and some other teams play all their home games on turf and the don´t get injured at this rate.

I'm just demoralized at this point. I have no confidence this team will stay healthy long enough to win.
