It's amazing, isn't it?
if I'm in charge, I am replacing the training staff every other year until someone gets me to the league average of injuries. This top 5-10 most injured stuff has to turn around eventually.

Just saw this in the team's reddit page fwiw.
Dustin Perry has been with us since 2019
He's actually been with us since Lynch/Shanahan took over in 2017. He just got promoted to the main S&C coach in 2019. He's also got a little nepotism going for him as he's married into the LaFleur family that Shanahan is tight with. He should've been fired and replaced by now with how consistent the team's injury issues have been.

It's like we don't have a strength and conditioning staff. The most injured team in the league every year. At key positions too.
