I'd like to see them totally overhaul the Strength and Conditioning staff. Just blow it up and start over.
Back in 2019, they just fired Ray Wright, promoted Dustin Perry to Wright's old position, and then brought in someone from the Philadelphia Flyers to oversee everything.
Obviously, what's being done currently isn't working.

Honestly I stopped following this thread when our lucky streak of 2-3 games with no injuries happend. So I'm not up to date on the latest stuff in here. Cause I knew after our streak ended and we came back to the shanalynch 49ers reality then new people would flood in here like "we'll dang I think we have an injury problem!"
