Did you even read past the first sentence?

The post was in response to CC addressing the corporate fan versus the guys and gals down in the seats.
yes, its the reason for my post on why that % is low for Levi revenue

the Corp fan vs fan is BS

If it were raining, stadium would probably be more empty. The temperature needs to be between 65-70 degrees with a nice breeze if it is sunny. If it is not sunny, temp needs to be 60-65.

If not, then stadium will be empty. Cause silicon fans be soft these days. Only the white guys stay and support their team in all conditions.
when the team sucks, no one wants to sit there in the rain. happens every where, even the Stick
What makes a good fan experience? I've been to Levi once so I can't say a lot but I've been to the Cardinals stadium quite a bit and other than a dome its not any better. In fact when the dome is open the sun shines right In your eyes. Did that once never again.

ok so what did you mean by this : I read a post, here I think, maybe even this thread, but it said the 49ers only account for like 8% of the total revenue generated by Levi's Stadium

You don't need massive amounts to enjoy some luxury at levis , thats the BS part

I am not arguing you need money to enjoy your time at Levis. I think you and I are on the same side here

CC made the comment the 49ers (read Levi's) caters more toward the corporate type. I do not know, nor do I care, whether that is true. My only point was that if it were true they were catering to the corporate entities, it was because the bottom line dictated they do so. They being the bean counters. And, from a business perspective, that is what they should / must do.

This is subjective. There are certainly objective aspects, like, say, being able to see the game from your designated spot. But, overall, it's too hard to quantify.

For instance, I don't like the heat, I am an east coast guy. But, I know when I go to a game, if it is going to be hot, I prepare for it. It is hardly an issue. And, I always check the weather forecast before going to a game. If you don't and are caught out by the weather it's your own damn fault

Agreed I come prepared for weather or whatever it may be. As long as I have a good seat which I make sure of I'm fine. I'm there to watch a game. Think we have to many whiners. Sure the falcons and Vikings domes look great but they are domes too. What outdoor stadium is that much better than Levi?

Of course. Which is why it's interesting to me when people think the world doesn't work this way. I will never be one of the super rich, but I damn sure enjoy every minute sitting down in the catacombs with my kinda people

if you attend enough, sometimes the gods give you access into one of these grottos and enjoy the good life
I went to a few games at Candlestick. Levi's is a nice f**king stadium. It doesn't look as cool as the dome stadiums for sure, but you don't have to miss a quarter of football to go to the bathroom, and that's pretty nice. I would think that another large contributing factor to Levi's, maybe, not having as many whistles and bells, is land and construction costs the the Bay Area are insanely more expensive then most other places.

not only that, the deconstruction costs are pretty high also.

Future speaking. Life span for a stadium is 30-40 years
All I know is that I been to every game since Levi's opened and I think it's beautiful. Once we have a defining moment in there all the b***hing will stop
