Like many if us said, its the poor performance of the team the last threee years that has killed the in-seat attendance more thsn anything.

the 49ers did this to themselves and they deserve it. They alienate their fanbase and they field a piss poor product weekly. They lost me as a fan because they don't treat their fans right.

Just me or do teams like chicago, Cleveland, buffalo, NYJ and such all have good fans that arent so damn fair weather?

Those cities also have far less options for things to do in the months of Sept-Dec because their weather sucks.

That and moving it away from SF. The fans Jed wanted by moving closer to San Jose are softer and not as interested in the game as they are about the scene.
