Our fans are hiding from the sun. Oh the terror !

I've been to cold-weather games before, and I'll take the cold, rain. and snow over heat any day.

That kp dude has never attended a niner game. No need to listen to him. He's a Out of state bandwagoner

This new Santa Clara fan base is a bit fickle. 80 degrees is extreme to them.

Actually I attend every time the Niners come to Metlife Stadium...
What's the solution to the sun?
Carolina brought their own shade.
Obviously people could just put up with it but what do other stadiums in hot areas do?

But you're right about Jed

Fans like to feel like they are witnessing the foundation of a winning team being cemented but the reality is most these guys will flameout and/or be dealt in exchange for other pieces. What is the shelf life of a NFL player these days anyway. So really watching the team now is entirely a time killer - background noise. Losing a-lot of games is one thing, having an unwatchable offense is another.

While that might look like a solution it only adds to another problem

This is just unprecedented heat we've been experiencing this summer. Once things get back to normal, the stadium will see the fans back in their seats.
Look at the majority of the posts around here...that should tell you why it's empty. Cuz unfortunately the majority of the fanbase are spoiled cry babies who have no idea how to see beyond right now. So god forbid they go and watch a team that's not a SB level team. Plus the cost of going to games is so much these days most people go for the social event part of it and have no interest in what's happening on the field.

It sucks and I hate that this fanbase is so fuking irrational for the most part.
