I want wins every week too. I don't sit down and watch to hope they lose, but when they lose it's easy to shake it off and think long term. It comes very easy to me. When they were good, losses hurt because it had playoff seeding implications. In a rebuild, there is a positive to a loss. Easy for me to say that since I didn't bust skulls for 3 hours like the players did.

I can respect that. You're one of the most informed posters on this board.

I hated losing to the cowboys years ago because it cost us home field in the playoffs. I hated when kap won last year costing us garnett.

I do understand the rebuild. I understand the process and how much a higher pick helps. We need so much.

I just can't understand how posters here can be happy with a loss in week 3 because of the draft. If we go 0-16 as some here are hoping for, all of these young guys on the roster will have never learned how to win. Once bow and Joe are gone, we need leaders.

People blame the pass rush, the refs, Hoyer, Shanahan, Lynch, Baalke, York, Sasquatch, Big Bird, etc...

If Gould made that extra point (and on the last TD) we would have gone to OT and with that momentum may very well had won. If the refs don't call that BS PI on Taylor we probably win with a field goal.

If Dontae Johnson didn't get called for a phantom holding on Dumervil's sack.

If Brian Hoyer doesn't throw an interception on the first play.

If Carlos Hyde doesn't make it in on 4th and goal either time.

If Mostert doesn't fumble.

If we don't get the onside kick or special teams turnover.

If we get the first down at the end and no OPI.

If our receivers don't drop any balls.

If If If.

A lot of "If's" happen on both sides. It just is what it is.

Your b***hing now, but wait until the draft rolls around and we're picking high for our FQB.

We will be drafting wr or a passrusher. Kc coming to town.

I never expected you of all people to accept a loss as a good thing. The penis needs some viagra. Lol

The penis was losing creditability when he picked the Niners to win every game the last couple of years. He just wants to be real and not just pick from his heart. As far as the losing - I hate it, but I'm rooting for a high draft pick come April.

We have too many dropped passes, feel kinda bad for Hoyer tbh
It's almost like we're in year 1 of a rebuild

Post game observation is simple - The Rams have 4 x high 1st rounders followed by 5 x 2nd rounders on their offense. Their front office has done an exceptional job in getting their offense going, be it with drafting, free agency or even trading. The only thing that held them back was Jeff Fisher who was a complete loser of a head coach. In contrast, obviously McVay has done an outstanding job so far. For starters, he has turned Goff into a stud like the No.1 overall pick that he is plus at the same time getting the run game going for Todd Gurley.

My guess? I think they can win the division. I can see them as a unit getting better and better. The D has always been good, but with the offense playing lights out, I can see them going to the playoffs. They just need more reps in consolidating that chemistry as well as getting to know the new system better.

they drafted solo man thomas. He was suppose to be the one man wrecking crew.

If Gould had made that FG, we would've had to kickoff to them with 2 mins left. They would've easily marched down the field and kicked a FG with a handful of seconds remaining.

But yeah the BS refs calls really cost us. I wonder if this is Baalke's revenge, since he works for the NFL now. Or the refs cutting us no slack as payback for the harbaugh years.
Our D Line was exposed yesterday. Our LBs were exposed also.

Not sure how bad Tank is injured but at least we have Solomon Thomas who can play the big end on base downs.

AA shouldn't play on the edges, he's too slow. He's really a liability on the edge.

Mitchell is hit and miss, jones looks good. Buckner is solid, maybe an all pro.

I love bow but this defense will be much better when foster comes back.

Offense. They started scoring. Not only did they start scoring but there were points left on the field. The offense is developing even with a journeyman QB. This offense will get better. I hope juice is ok, we don't have a back up for him.
Now that I think about it, the Tartt and Juice injuries might have played an even bigger role than previously mentioned. Also, where the heck was Aaron Lynch??? Was he ruled out or something?

We've played some very good Ds the past three weeks better days ahead peeps.

...and tons of untimely penalties...again.

And Ray-Ray gon' Ray-Ray

Yeah we need Foster back in the worst way...I feel like smith would be a big upgrade to ray ray as well.

This team just makes so many game costing errors it's so f**king frustrating

Since i know we rebuilding, i see it as something they can learn from. Better to make costly errors now than make them when we are finally a superbowl contending team.
