Will this be the first winless team in 49er history?

Giants are having a lot of internal issues right now and that team pretty much quit. Eli has looked awful this year, but we did make Stanton look like a HOF QB. So next week is possible win. The only other possible win I see left besides that, is week 17 against the Rams. They clinch a playoff spot by then, and rest all their starters that week.

Texans looks like a possible win now that Watson is out.

Texans still have a good Defense...

They lost at home to the Colts today.

We lost at home to the cardinals

Was that with Drew Stanton?

With Beathard 0-16

With Jimmy G 2-14
Do we sign receivers that can catch a ball when Jimmy starts? How about a line that can block?

Nah but Carson Palmer isn't that much better. We took him to OT.

For real though if we go 0-16 I blame Weeks 2-6. Should have won a game there.

I hope not. The franchise will become more remembered for going 0-16 than winning 5 Super Bowls.

And he wonders y people think he's a troll

I would say Giants, Bears and may be the Watsonless Texans are our only hope.

Also, if we want wins, we will have to bench Beat-Hard right away and play Jimmy G.

But, the massive list of injuries don't help neither.

If Jimmy G can win us 2 games it will already be a miracle.

So, a lot of ifs there.

I would say the moment if Beathard is still under center, we will have zero chance whatsoever.
My assumption is that just as it is very hard to win every game, it is also very hard to lose every game.
We still have 2-3 winnable games (Giants at home next week, Bears and Texans on the road). With 7 games left, odds are we win at least one more game, but it starts looking like a 50-50 proposition if we lose to the Giants next week.

I don't think that's it is an absurd statement. Most current NFL fans were pretty young when we were winning super bowls. In the last 20 years we've mostly been a bottom feeder franchise and going 0-16 isn't going to help with that status. Nobody cares what we did 20+ years ago.
The only good part is it would make Jed look like even more of a piece of s**t. And Jimmy G was brought here to ensure it won't happen
Nope we are going to beat the Giants and bears..plz beat the Giants so I could talk s**t to all my friends lol

+1

That's all I want as a minimum.

As much as I hate Seattle, I hate NYG even more.

Their fans hate us maybe even more than the Hawk fans do. Believe it.
Strange things happen the last few games, winless teams come up against a team that is packed and ready for the off season and lay down. However, the 49ers have so many guys on IR that they could run the table.
