Damn! AE got hit hard, 3 times in a year with his salary......
I hope he makes a huge improvement and becomes a solid back up for us. Dude doesn't shy away from contact.

So if we bring in Earl Thomas this off season to be our FS, got to figure Tartt begins the year starting at SS, who are the backups behind them? Harris for Tartt and Colbert for Thomas, with Exum on the 53 but not dressing on game day?

Good question. Maybe Colbert was just going through a sophomore slump and turns out to be legit. Harris looks good and I just hope he wasn't another rookie who looked good the last few games, but sucks the next year. Can Tartt even stay healthy for a season?

Exum and Mostert were the two most underrated players on the team this year IMO. Hope he makes the team next year.

It should be against the CBA for fines to exceed a certain % of a player's game check. It's simply unjust to fine someone more than they earn in a single game.

Yup, exactly. Jed should pay his rent and buy groceries until he's either off the team or gets a big paycheck...

Let them battle it out and may the best man win. Besides it seems Tartt and Colbert are always injured.Originally posted by Bobdawg78:So if we bring in Earl Thomas this off season to be our FS, got to figure Tartt begins the year starting at SS, who are the backups behind them? For what? That was a textbook hit in every way. Poor kid! The FO needs to pay this fine. Saleh should.

Jed and Saleh need to split it...his rent, all his groceries, car payments and vacations with pay (for the next two years).

Glad he's back. He played well as the year went on. Great backup safety. Now we need to draft a FS early and our selafety group will be fine
