Kittle is a better player than his ranking...
And Marsh (as a dedicated pass rusher only) is better than his ranking as well.

Nah. People around here only see his positive plays. Not a good route runner and not dependable hands. Surprised he is in the 60s.
lmao @ armstead with a 78 rating.

Solomon Thomas seems about right. He was borderline useless.....Kilgore useless.

He had a rough start to the year IMO, sounds right to me.

The one I don't get is Earl Mitchell... I thought he was good

I remember when pff was giving Armsdud a higher rating than JJ Watt.

The fact that he's rated higher than anyone on this team is a joke. as soon as he was out of the lineup, the DL started producing.

Nah. He disappeared in games. He, like many players on the current roster, is serviceable. But easily improved upon.

That never happened. That was an individual category rating, like Run D or something. Watt has been by far and away the highest scoring PFF player since they started grading.

Armstead isnt that bad. Hes a good run defender.

Because its harder for a QB to get good grades than a S. Its more relative to position.

You remembered wrong:

JJ Watt:

2015: 94.8
2016: 52.7 (injured)
2017: 89.3

Armstead:

2015: 79.7
2016: 47.2 (injured)
2017: 78.9

The stat susweel is referencing is that AA had a higher pass rush productivity rating than JJ Watt in the "pass rushing productivity among 3-4DEs" stat. That stat didn't take into account that most of AA's pass rushes that season (2015) were as a nickel DT in pass rushing situations, whereas JJWatt was a three down player.
Jimmy only an 80. Anything short of 99.9999999999 is bunk. Don't care about the 5 picks, 96 qb rating he was perfect here.
