Just no. Don't believe the hype. I just said that cuz the song title is pretty cool. It should be more like don't believe the extended hype that doesn't sound too sweet. Anyway I think that if we win 8 9 or 10 games that will be a great accomplishment and a real step forward for this team There's only one stat that is really going to be meaningful that's blown tackles in the secondary. if we can take 30 40% off that number next year then you can talk about is being a quality playoff contender but that will be hard getting more pressure on the passer will also be a high priority item

I think we will be in the playoffs next year. But I doubt the Super Bowl is in our cards for next year at least. We still have some holes to fill on this team. We will see. I think 2018 will be much better. By 2019 with the right FA moves and draft moves we will be ready to compete at the highest level. I don't think we are there yet. But we are on our way up. A long way up IMO now that we finally have a franchise QB in what seems like forever of time frame that we have been seeking one.

I am excited and have hope once again. The Tomsula hire was just depressing. I had zero faith in him. I think 2018 will be a growing season for us. Beating Seattle would be a great hurdle to overcome.
