Oliver had around time in coverage against the Bengals but had an INT that was knocked loose when Ward collided with him. He also did a good job in run support. He isn't the first guy to have a hard time against the Bengals when Burrow is healthy which he clearly is now.

we kind of know with Warmack being back
Oliver is not that bad but he isn't meant to go after the shifty slot guy he is good against the bigger body guys (why he had such a great game against CeeDee for example).
Lenior well shift inside with Womaack on the outside. Oliver will guard the bigger body guys with Lenior after the shifter guys

Yeah, let's see if that combination works. Just keep trying until we find the best combination and hope that'll be enough esp. for teams equipped to pass < 2.5s by game plan to render our pass rush moot.
I'd imagine we'll see more and more of that against smarter HC's after yesterday's asswhooping.

Agree, and I'll just add that Luter, in addition to a healthy Womack hopefully can solidify and build on that defensive backfield talent. We shall see, specially with the upcoming Eagles game.

If Thomas can keep playing at this current level. 3 weeks now he's played solid.
I'm still concerned about Wilkes having them play too soft against Philadelphia however.
