Dude balled out
Wish he couldve got that pick 6 though but without his coverage Hufanga wouldn't have gotten that pick and that hit to stop the run was just amazing
He was all over the field like Polamalu. Incredible player.
And PFF graded him as one of the worst 49er defensive players of the game? Wtf

lol wat? He was buzzing all over the field. What was his pff score? It could be high but still lowest for the 49ers

Still doesn't make much sense. I didn't see him making mistakes, at least nothing was obviously on TV. He had 2 pass defense, and one resulted in an int.

Very odd his pff grade is so low considering there are multiple positive plays he made that stood out. (Great tackle stuff early on, near INT, tipped ball to cause the Hufanga INT) And nothing crazy negative I saw.

It's PFF no need to take them serious

I have been on Warner's neck for the better part of two seasons now, his lack of effort at times is infuriating. I thought last year he flashed at times but his accolades were more a reflection of his reputation and not his actual play. But this game against the Steelers was by far one of his best, and I'm saying this from the perspective of a very harsh critic. I rewatched the entire game with a friend and damn near every play, Warner was doing something positive. He was shedding blocks, filling the run gap, tackling with explosiveness and great technique, and his coverage was perfect. Whoever was grading him at PPF should jump off a bridge, no clue what they were watching.
