LVE is literally 💩 and Fred is a future first-ballot HOFer.![]()

Give it up for your NFC Defensive Player of the Week 👏 @fred_warner

Bowman was probably a better pass rusher. He was really good in coverage and so damn smooth.
Having said that, it's probably Warner over Bowman.

Bow was awesome in coverage, but Fred is on a different level. There's a case to be made that Fred is already the best cover LB in NFL history. I can't think of another LB in NFL history that consistently carries wide receivers and blankets them. People don't realize how insane it is that Fred mugs the A gaps and then carries a receiver up the field. It's not like he's some tiny LB that can run around: Fred is 6'4", 240 lbs. Nobody eliminates more throws from happening than Fred, and those don't show up on the stat sheet. What he does is so alien it doesn't compute.
Fred is long, explosive and has ability to bend. He's always seen working on his craft with Nick Bosa. I wouldn't be surprised if he adds legitimate ability to rush from the edge to his arsenal and turns into a better version of Kyle Van Noy.
