yeah it's b******t. also, Aidan Hutchinson had 4.5 sacks and he didn't get it either. What's even the point? probably because Bates played on MNF and the NFL wants to promote viewership.

That's probably the correct answer. As much as both deserved it, NFL doesn't seem to ever pick a person from the losing team.
