I dont live in the market so im a bit confused, does papa commentate on the radio or is he commentating on the bay area local channel?

Primary role is local radio play by play. He was only doing the local telecast for the preseason games.

Earlier today he said he won't say Touchdown Niners because the teams name isn't the niners. It's the 49ers.
