The news that Mark Nzeocha would get the start at SAM this weekend is interesting, as he's a very different player to Eli Harold. Played safety and linebacker in college, and has been an off-ball linebacker in the NFL. Can be used in different ways to Harold. Thread starts here

The thread above has a nice Twitter series covering him this far. I can see why they like him better as a base down SAM over Harold but he certainly has his flaws like slow processing/recognition and missed tackles.

Maybe they just want more speed at LB because the Dline is going to be all big guys... Defo, AA, Day, Solly, DJ... no real LEO on the line.
Marsh and Attoachu haven't shown they deserve to play meaningful snaps. That means Foster, our SAM, and Warner will be blitzing more often
