I can see that happening. Coleman was rated as a 2nd round pick by NFL Scouts - his daft bio looks pretty good, however I couldn't find much highlights of his browns career.

This was 9 months ago: "Browns RT Shon Coleman posted an @PFF grade of 82.9 overall yesterday vs. #Lions. He allowed NO pressures on 28 passing snaps. He was positive on 18.5% of run blocks, the 2nd best among OT's in the NFL," per @PFF. The kid can play and will do well under Staley's tutelage.

This year in the browns camp he was asked to change sides and compete to replace Thomas in Cleveland. He's probably better or more comfortable on one side than the other.

It would be great if he stuck around and took over RT once Staley is done. He's a solid back-up for now though

Nice observation Phoenix... Let us all take into account that this guy is still very young and will undoubtedly get better coaching with the Niners. He clearly has some talent if he was rated and drafted that highly.
