No they aren't, they just suck. The players know theyre being evaluated. Nobody is going to hurt their own stock by not trying.

Should have signed a real gm who can make real decisions, I don't even blame Kyle, the offense ain't terrible but that defense is atrocious and all those missed draft picks should cost a gm their jobs, he'll scott mcclueless is available still, he drafted the harb players atleast
