So I didn't get to watch the game. How did Sherman do? Did they go after him?

So we shouldn't have drafted Myle Garrett either? He was injured all thru his last season. We shouldn't have drafted clowney who was injuried his whole last season in college as well.
People are acting like he's coming off a ACL or so s**t. Kid has a core injury and will be 100% come draft time.

Haha stop it. Like I just stated we should have past on Myles and clowney as well then huh? Both injured throughout their last yr in college. Kid had core surgery and will be fine. Played all through HS and his yr prior. That's a serious reach.
As far as money ALLL players are like that. The issue with Joey was off set money which every player wants and guess what kid isn't gonna make money if he doesn't play.

Im not saying don't take him. But cmon be real. You cant see why him coming off an injury might make people nervous considering our issues with injuries?
If we take Bosa Ima be nervous af.

Clowney actually took plays off to protect himself but he played. Garrett actually played hurt but he played
Bosa on the other hand shut it down early in the season despite knowing he could play later. Of the three he's also accomplished a lot less and played on a superstar loaded team that could have propped his numbers up.
This team also has a pretty recent f'd up history of players that weren't interested in football or were basic quitters....Bosa could very well add to that list.

Go look at the injury. It was a core injury, not a ACL or Achilles. He's reportly gonna be 100%
I will NOT be nervous. It's football injuries happen regardless if you've never been injured. Kid is by far the best player in this draft and plays a position we need desperately.

Can we please stop this glad-to-see-us-loose crap? It won't matter!! Bosa isn't gonna be much of a difference on a team with a bad DC and HC how isn't good at being a complete HC, a HC who don't like to run the ball even when the run is working. Bosa may help, but there are personnel changes (on the player and coaching level) that need to occur in which the HC should have a reduced role in.
I agree with you. But I'm going to push back on one of your points. We can't run the football as much because our two running backs are injured.
Last week Breida ran for over 100 yards for what I believe more than 5 yards a carry. Today Jeff Wilson only carried the ball 15 times, 61 yards, for just over 4 yards a carry. Yet a 3rd string QB who was on the PS this season threw the ball 48 times for 414 yards in a beat-down. Dude, Shanny has no commitment to the run at all, even when the run is effective. Shanny is a brilliant schemer and play caller. But his blind spot is the run game (along with personnel choices). He simply has no patience with attempting to control the game, and it's pretty aggravating to watch.

By himself maybe not.
Bosa + Jimmy G? Now that might change things.

Haha you don't think he wants to play football? Get the f**k out of here. His family is ALL about football. Kid was bred to be a pass rusher.
Good for him, he shut it down and is focused on his real job. More players should do that. I mean I'm sure you'd be happy to watch him take plays off and half ass it so he doesn't get hurt got free. People would just complain about that.
This is what he father said...
John Bosa said. "Nick had major surgery. Now, he had surgery with the best surgeon for the core on the planet and it's 100 percent fixable, which is the beauty of it, but he's not even getting reevaluated until November."
So what he comes back and maybe plays for a game? Please.

Yeah I want to win maybe one or two more games and NOT get the best prospect in the draft! Yeah
It's like Groundhog Day in here. Yeah we didn't need Myles and we got Thomas AND now people b***h about it.
Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Amirite

That's why they need to sign a caliber free agent, too.
- Sign top Edge FA
- Draft Bosa/top ER prospect
- Sign another 3rd down specialist free agent
- Draft an upside potential raw prospect in the mid rounds
Quadruple down on the position.
