I was wondering the same thing. I guess they still need to be decent size. Some of the over the counter products do contain trace amounts of illegal PED's but since they aren't regulated very well it is possible that a batch could have more than usual. There a some that have been taken off the market because they contain dangerous substances. The NFL should legalize these things instead of pretending they care. Notice you rarely see a star player get busted. They nail some guy like this to make it look like their program is working. Meanwhile you have guys with blown up bodies beating the crap out of each other every week. It's a joke.
