maybe its a blessing in disguise we got poached. Have some quality hires. The only one that really hurt is probably the scangarello departure.

we upgraded our dline coach and welker should be a dope addition to the WR staff as well. trent and pettis can learn a ton from this guy

forgot about him. overall i think kyle did a great job going after potential upgrades instead of standing by. not too worried about the QB coach, Kyle knows offense better than anyone in the nfl.

What would anyone of Welker's reputation want to do with this loser franchise?
I love it.
The man is the prototypical guy that learned the importance of study and a great work ethic to overcome physical shortcomings. The very epitome of what it takes to be a good teacher of men. He had to learn all the subtle nuances in order to succeed as opposed to being able to win because of physical superiority. Having spent time with Brady and McDaniel in that system and learning the Belichick "team first" approach, he will be a great add to the staff.
