Depends on the player. Some turn out to be very good. It is all a function of how much time they spent on technique and film study while a player. Guys that had to work hard for what they accomplished pass that on to players. Those are the guys that make good coaches.
Im guessing that an undersized WR who had the technique to put up 903 receptions will be a good coach.
yeah its not like welker was blessed with a julio jones body so he really had to work on his craft to get as good as he did.
