This is not true.
Anyway what does a WR who get's 1,400 yards (5th in the league) and leads the league in yards per reception cost? 4th in yards per game and yet 28th in receptions per game...when he touches the ball good things happen. He's a play maker anyway you slice it. WR included.
I'll bet money Deebo wants incentives in his deal for rushing yards or the amount of times he actually carries the ball. Not that he doesn't want to ever run it.
