I think it's likely that he'll play mostly WR and they'll break out the running packages on him just enough that teams will have to worry about it without putting undue risk on his longevity. I'm more concerned about his returning kicks.

Agree, think we'll see a draw back on the wideback role but will still run on a few plays. Just hope he is willing to make an exception for the playoffs and go all out.

I'd be ok with this too. I'd actually prefer him being used strictly as a receiver. Less chance of him Injuring himself too.

I'm okay with this. But when it comes to playoffs imo it's open game. Whatever gives you the best chance to win

I'd be ok with that. Saving those running plays for when they're needed most ( playoffs ) that way, he'll be fresh and ready to do what he does best ( make big plays )

So, I'm assuming he's rescinded his trade request, and this was always about money, not really the WideBack role, but drafting another RB & Danny Gray showed we won't wear him down as a RB.

Deebo shouldve never been used as a RB anyway, they can sign guys off the street to run up the middle. end arounds yes, but as a straight running back when he was our best receiver was questionable

I disagree. Deebo has an "it" factor that you just can't get anywhere, that ability to will yourself to excellence. In general, I'm handing the ball to my running backs in most running situations. But if we need 5 yards and the game is on the line, we can seal a game, or it's a playoff situation, and I'm looking at Deebo.

When the best playmaker on your offense has to rely on one of your worst players on offense to deliver him the ball passing then just hand it off to him.

I agree and the disrespect to Carr having Adams off that list but keeping Hill is exactly the kinda ass backwards thinking I come to expect of Simms.
did Deebo's agent make that list

Tua is certainly not in the realm of mahomes, but I wouldnt be so fast to discount hill. He is a tremendous player who covered a lot of mahomes warts. Including winning the super bowl with incredible catch on wasp(3 and 15 for the super bowl). Mcdaniels will get him open in space and he will eat in the YAC department.
