Ours is a unicorn so he really isn't included.

Exactly, dude single-handedly carried this offense when the offense was horrific and the team was on the verge of missing the playoffs. He just fits perfectly in this offense, it would've set the offense back especially with a 2nd year qb taking over
They've only agreed on the terms of the contract, but he hasn't officially signed yet. I wonder if they have to wait for Jimmy to be cut/traded before he can officially sign.

Not for cap reasons, but because Deebo probably wants to be 100% certain Jimmy is gone before he re-signs.

It's no secret that the source of Deebo's frustration with the team was in part due to the murkiness of the Jimmy situation. We didn't hear about Deebo being disgruntled until the news about Jimmy's surgery leaked and it became clear he wasn't going to be tradeable.
So….. what took so long? The guaranteed money? Did Deebo come to terms with how much leverage the niners actually had? I guess I just expected some extraordinary contract after such a long dispute. Don't get me wrong, the dude is getting paid, but I would have thought those numbers were close to the floor of his assumed value 🤷🤷

What? Lol. What about all good players in the last year of their contract? Do you follow football at all?

When did Warner and Kittle contracts get done?
So is he refusing to be a wide back or not? I guess we'll have to wait and see?

During this regime, how many of them requested to be traded? There's nothing normal or routine about the situation with the former QB basically invoking squatter's rights in the team's facility.

That's what happens when you draft well…you stress out about losing those guys

Especially if you buy into a false moneyball narrative.

Kittle check
Warner check
Trent check
Deebo check

Bosa in 23 then Aiyuk in 24 then Trey if things go like we hope.

Yep, no moneyball here, sure Paraag is a cheap b*****d at times, hard negotiator, but he's the best in the business.

Now Deebo is highest paid player on 49ers, once Jimmy is gone.

Moneyball lol. Yet they keep bringing their stars back.

I know lol, they keep re-signing their stars to huge deals, and Bosa is next in 2023, then Aiyuk in 2024.

Learned from the Buckner mistake.

I still want to redo that one.
