How many players go more than 3 years without missing significant time? Deebo, JG, Bosa, Kittle, Greenlaw and so many others have missed at least half a season due to injury in the last 3 years.
I don't know... AA, Ward. What are you getting at?
Some fans wanted a longer deal. I'm just pointing out that 3 years is more than long enough to sign a player when 80% of the contract is guaranteed given how often players get hurt. What if we had signed Ford to a 5 year contract with 80% guaranteed. Every player is one big hit away from never playing again.

It's basically a 4 year deal counting 2022. He was scheduled to make 4mil entering 2022-23 season lol.

Yup and it lines up with Trey's deal. Deebo will be 29.
If its worth resigning him, we will.
Assuming Deebo Is still balling once his contract Is up, what's the odds of him being extended again? These are the type of questions that need to be answered. 🤔

3 years is perfect, he'll be 29 when it's up. I want him when he's in his 20's when his contract is up. If he's worth it, in his early 30's, then re-sign him.

I hope he remains a 9er for life, but I hope we don't have to go through this nonsense again.

4 seasons is more than enough to have a player…I would think the only reason anyone would like a long deal is to space out the GTDs. Either way this is on part with how a lot of these young WRs got paid

Not for cap reasons, but because Deebo probably wants to be 100% certain Jimmy is gone before he re-signs.
you're making up s**t because you hate Jimmy

lol this is the dumbest post on the WZ

Good job getting this done.... i apologize to AB... he told me we can do this while still keeping jimmy.... i knew i should not have disagreed but i did and I was happily very very wrong.... i hope the people who actually wanted deebo gone and who actually thought we could just skip along with out cuz we did not need him have come to their senses and have realized we are a worse team without him... now use him as a wide out... and then unlike last year when we had to . for whatever reason( part of me says jimmy but thats beside the point).. just make very very clever use of him as a running back.. good job to whoever got this deal done. AB , as usual was right all along... of all of the things cc could lose his mind about. this was never one of them and all the tweets and stupid pictures ended up meaning nothing. good job all the way around/. AB is awesome and for once i was told something...... that turned out true

"it's no secret" Ring will make s**t up in an attempt to blame Jimmy for any Niner issues. "it's no secret" Ring has obviously ignored every comment Deebo has ever made about Jimmy.
