so yes we can add a decent WR, not avg and not skip a beat

If i was Deebo and was satisfied with the deal, I'd stick with the agent. The agents job is to get Deebo the best deal he can. He has to show Deebo *the 💰" and I think he did. The best agents are usually 🤬🤬🤬 to their employers teams. The GM and the Coach just have to understand that, not make it personal, and deal with it maturely

I agree with you.

A competent #2 RB Can give us his rushing production for te most part. I understand not te averages but the numbers. Over the course of the 2nd half of the season (the winning half) he was our 3rd leading WR.

So I too stand by my statement that his production could have been replaced.

It may not have looked the same but his production could have been replaced.

Obviously easier with him that without him but we would have been OK.

Doesn't his agent also represent DK Metcalf & AJ Brown I believe. Both were in trade rumors with Brown obviously getting traded but I don't recall either of them coming out on their end and publicly demanding a trade as a negotiation tactic.

Deebo wants to win in anything. So he'll do his best to do so. Also its his first contract negotiation after his rookie contract so he's probably inexperienced about this, that's why he asked Trent Williams for advice. He's already a pretty vocal leader in the locker room, so I'm not surprised he was vocal about his contract situation to certain press people. The most important thing is he and the Coach still had a good relationship despite all that.

If anything Deebo better take care of his agent because in the end, Deebo got PAID and thats the real bottom line.

Also, I just read an article that said AJ Brown did request a trade when the Titans didn't meet his demands on his new contract. So yeah, the root of Deebo's trade demand was likely just at the advice of his agent. Deebo certainly seems happy now as we all are!

my response is to all of your crying at the time about how this offense would pretty much fall apart without deebo.. i gave you a great example how BA and Jennings and grabbing another WR in the draft (if Deebo was traded)
